This, too, puzzles a lot of job-seekers. If they ignore it, they miss an ideal opportunity to set themselves apart. Disregarding it (e.g. in their resumes) just delays the inevitable till face-to-face time (if they get it) when their fuzziness is outed...

Or if they choose to address it in their resume, they focus on themselves despite the reality that hiring organizations don't exist to serve the "wants" of employees...their fuzzy message screams MEDIOCRITY.
